PRODUCT INFORMATION
Due to the nature and one of a kind quality of the ceramics, pieces might have a subtle variation in size, color and traits from piece to piece. Great care is taken to ensure that item characteristics in product images are accurate, however, please be aware that there may be display differences from screen to screen.
Therefore, it is in your best interest to read the product description thoroughly before purchase to understand the product’s dimensions and inherent characteristics.

SHIPPING
All items are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise stated in the listing description. Orders are processed and mailed within 3-5 days of receiving payment.
All artworks are carefully packed and shipped fully insured via USPS or UPS and great care is taken to ensure it arrives safely.
International shipping is available. Please contact me before purchasing to receive a shipping quote.
PACKAGING
Packing ceramics requires a lot of wrapping to prevent breakage. I use brand new paper and twine to wrap individual pieces. For the boxes and protection material, I try to reuse what I already have in order to reduce waste.
If you prefer a brand new box and protection material please let me know, I would gladly do it for you at no extra cost. Otherwise, I will use my regular reused packaging.
RETURNS
I would like for you to be happy with your purchase, so if you don't love an item please email me to start the returns process within 7 days of delivery. The return must be approved before shipping.
Requests made after 7 days from delivery cannot be accepted.
Because my work consists of original, one-of-a-kind artworks, returns are eligible for store credit only.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
How to Pack Artwork for Return
Returned pieces must be packed with the same level of protection as when they were received.
Please follow these instructions carefully:
• Use the original box whenever possible. I recommend adding a double wall out of cardboard, that’s what I do when I ship ceramics.
• Wrap the artwork securely in multiple layers of bubble wrap so that the piece is completely cushioned and cannot be felt through the wrapping when handled.
• Fill all empty spaces with packing material so the artwork cannot move inside the box.
• Seal the box securely with packing tape
The artwork must be protected from movement, pressure, and impact during transit.
Important
If a returned piece arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging, I will not be able to issue store credit.
Proper packing of returned artwork is the responsibility of the buyer.
IF YOUR PIECE ARRIVES DAMAGED
If your piece arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days of delivery.
All shipments are fully insured. In order to file an insurance claim with USPS or UPS, the following documentation is required:
Photos of the shipping box from all six sides: front, back, left side, right side, top, bottom.
Additional required photos:
• a close photo of the shipping label, they need to see the info printed on the label
• photos of the inside of the box showing the packaging materials
• clear photos of the damaged artwork
These photos are required by shipping carriers in order to process an insurance claim.

Without the complete documentation listed above, I'm unable to submit the claim and therefore cannot compensate for the damage.
Please also keep the original packaging and damaged artwork, as the carrier may request an inspection during the claim process.
Once the claim is approved, I will issue store credit or a replacement if available.
