New sculpture in the “Intuitive Built” collection. Pieces in this collection are made intuitively. I don’t have a plan, just a general idea of what I’m making and go with the flow. The result is a unique sculptural piece that is one of its kind.
Textured stoneware clay left unglazed on the outside to show the raw beauty of the material and glazed on the inside with matte glaze. The piece can hold water.
These pieces are often used to style living rooms and dining tables.
Dimensions are approximate as the sculpture has irregular shape.

Each piece is uniquely crafted in my studio, so no two are exactly the same. The clean silhouette and tactile surface make it an ideal accent for minimalist, Scandinavian, or contemporary interiors.
My work is collected by interior designers and private collectors seeking sculptural, high-end ceramic vessels.

Hand built using clay coil from red stoneware clay. Fired at 2381 degrees Fahrenheit.
The surface of the vase is very textured and tactile.

No molds. No replication. No production.
Only the moment when the material responds — or resists.
Working with stoneware, I build each form by hand, allowing it to emerge slowly. Imperfection is not corrected. It is kept.
