Where to source ceramic art in Los Angeles: a guide for interior designers and collectors

If you’re an interior designer, art advisor, or collector looking to source ceramic art in Los Angeles, this guide highlights some of the best showrooms and gallery spaces across the city.

These places allow you to see and feel the pieces up close, get a sense of their texture, scale, and presence. You’ll also have the opportunity to view multiple pieces together and see how they interact in space. As an artist focused on textured surfaces and organic forms, I believe ceramic art is meant to be felt, not just seen.

Each place included here was carefully selected in alignment with my values. All are women-owned, and while some are small and open to the public, others are leaders in the interior design and art consulting world. They carry contemporary ceramics: vases, sculptures, and wall pieces, created by myself and other artists I admire. I'm honored to be part of their collections and hope this guide helps you find pieces that resonate with your vision.

Interior view of Graye Gallery in West Hollywood, featuring sculptural ceramic vases and contemporary furniture.

Graye Gallery

Located in the heart of West Hollywood, Graye is a breathtaking two-story showroom featuring European-designed furniture and textiles, alongside a thoughtfully curated art collection, contemporary ceramics, vintage pottery, wall sculptures, and paintings.

Each time I deliver new work here, I feel like I’m walking into a museum of contemporary design. The space is bright, spacious, and elevated, with soaring ceilings, architectural furnishings, and my personal favorite - the largest fiddle-leaf fig tree I’ve ever seen.

In addition to the main showroom, Graye also has a separate gallery space that offers a curatorial lens bridging design, art, and culture.

Selection of handmade ceramics and ethical home goods at Artemis Shoppe in Topanga Canyon.

Artemis Shoppe

Artemis was the second place (after the pottery studio store) to accept my work at the beginning of my journey. I’ll always be grateful to Elizabeth, the owner, for her support in those early days as I was still building my skills and direction.

Artemis is a homeware shop featuring ethical, sustainable brands and artwork from independent artists in the heart of Topanga Canyon. Their ceramics collection is quite large, ranging from plates and cups to vases and wall pieces. They also offer interior design services and a small gallery space, with a focus on supporting women makers.

When I recommend Artemis to friends, I always say - make it a full Topanga day! Start with a scenic hike (Red Rock Canyon Park is a favorite). Then explore the shops at Pine Tree Circle, including Artemis and other small stores with handmade goods, art, pottery, jewelry, and clothing. Stop for lunch at The Living Cafe for fresh salads, tacos, pastries, and coffee. End the day at Topanga Beach to catch a breathtaking sunset. It’s truly a special corner of LA.

I hope this guide helps you discover spaces in Los Angeles where ceramic art isn’t just seen—it’s experienced. Each of these galleries and showrooms reflects a shared commitment to quality, intention, and individuality. I’m honored to have my work represented among artists I deeply admire, and to collaborate with women-owned spaces that value craftsmanship and character.
